We have 15 core values that are important to us:
- We value the Word of God: We accept the Word of God as our final authority in all matters of faith, we practice and strive to preach, teach, and live in the likeness of Christ.
- We value every Believer as a minister of Jesus Christ: We believe every Christian is called to service therefore we encourage every member to discover God’s purpose for their life and discover what they can do to help others.
- We value Family: In our society, families face challenges that threaten to overwhelm them. LFCC is therefore committed to create a "family-friendly" environment, by having ministries and activities that enhance and strengthen family relationships. Read more.

Why Does This Church Exist?
God gave Pastor Rodney Standfield a VISION to start a new ministry in the Birmingham area around 2005. God said, this ministry is to be relevant to the everyday issues people face. One of the many reasons Love Fellowship Christian Center (LFCC) exists is to empowering people with knowledge and the resources needed to live a victorious and successful life.
The VISION and Direction of LFCC is CLEAR, we are a ministry that:
- Empowers and invests in people
- Helps individuals discover their Purpose and Destiny
- Creates an environment where people utilize their God given gifts and talents
- Empowers people with knowledge and information that once applied will be life changing
- Teaches biblical principles that address everyday issues
- Reaches people who do not go or have given up on church
- Contributes to the building of strong & healthy marriages and families
- Gives attention to the needs and concerns of our community and it’s people
- Stresses the importance of education and financial security for children and adults
- Addresses the issues of “Singles” and Single parents families
- Keeps the focus on eternity because this life and everything we have and go through on earth is temporary but where we spend eternity is everlasting
- Helps each person grow into a more intimate relationship with Christ
And the Lord said to me, "Write the vision and make it plain upon tables, so that anyone can read it at a glance and rush to tell the others. But these things I plan won't happen right away. Slowly, steadily, surely, the time approaches when the VISION will be fulfilled. KJV & TLB
